Quick Chicken Salad To Die For
1 store bought rotisserie chicken
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. red onion, diced
1 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 c. pineapple in ½” pieces
Tear all the chicken off the bones.
Combine all ingredients with chicken and mix completely.
Serve over salad greens, make sandwich with French bread, or mix with 1 lb. cold cooked pasta for a great pasta salad meal.
